My recent stay at Yiannis Studios was absolutely amazing. The view from my balcony was spectacular, overlooking the beautiful sea. The room itself was well equipped with a kitchenette and a comfy bed. The hosts, Georgia and her family, were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. They were always available to answer any questions or provide helpful suggestions. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and many tavernas. I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Yiannis Studios to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation.

Stunning location really close to the beach and supermarket/shops/restaurants, Tsilivi, Zakynthos and many tavernas, everything spotless. Location in the middle of the city. 10 minutes walk to Tsivili beach. Room with stunning views, 2 wardrobes and lovely view...

I keep coming back because it feels like home. The staff found my lost item on my first stay. They have everything I need: Wi-Fi, parking, kettle, kitchen utensils, AC, TV. Also, it's near diving, golf, tennis. They even have a lovely outdoor dining area. No pets. Great place! Coming back for Xmas.

It was quiet and unbeatable in the middle of the city.

Located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the main street, but still conveniently close to the beach. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette and comfortable beds. Guests enjoyed the lovely balcony views and the friendly and helpful hosts.

The shower pressure was quite poor, more like a trickle than a power shower.

This place made me feel really welcome, and the room had everything I needed, including two wardrobes, a lovely view, and it was impeccably clean, plus the host was very helpful.

stayed in tsilivi before but yiannis studios exceeded expectations with daily cleaning, stunning views, and georgia's exceptional hospitality. amenities were excellent: ac, hair dryer, kitchenette. beach, restaurants, supermarkets nearby. perfect choice for an unforgettable vacation.
